Sleep with your colleagues Dixie, a stall awaits you at the celestial bar where the scramble bell fell silent a long time ago. Now just time to catch up old memories with so many of your friends who have become this countries history. You helped put the name Great infront of Britain and will my friend never be forgotten for the part you played in bringing us victory. It was an immense privilege knowing you and sharing in the many stories you related of your time at North Weald ….Rest in Peace Dixie , PUGNIS ET CALCIBUS – WITH FISTS AND HEELS ….Lest we forget.
